@Hiker I noticed that too. I think it's because of github.com/friendica/friendica… For some reason, the groups have disappeared because of it.

At friendica.world, it is probably more a matter of the server not being able to handle the influx of new users so easily at the moment.

@oldkid @effariwhy So does this mean that at the moment friendica is the destination for Facebook refugees like twitter->mastodon and instagram->pixelfed? Apparently diaspora is considered obsolete now?
